Wine Dinners

Wines served at the May 18, 2003 Wine Dinner

 

We will feature local chefs and pair their wonderful food with appropriate wines to create an exciting evening. Very reasonable—$50.00 to $60.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Call or come by for scheduling if you would like to be included.

5th Annual Wild Dame Dinner on Friday, April 4, 2008

It’s Time for our Annual Wild Dame Dinner.  Let the guys run off to their stag wild game dinner…..We know where the action is!  Join us for an evening reserved for only the Wild Dames from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m!  Reservations Required.  Cost is $35.00 per person.  Includes a Feast of Includes a feast of hors d’oeuvres & wines.

Wine Tasting on Thursday, December 13, 2007

The Vintage will be having a Wine Tasting featuring the wines of the Banfi Vineyards in Italy on Thursday, December 13, 2007 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  Reservations Required.  Cost is $25 per person plus Tax and Gratuity and includes appetizers.

Celebrate Valentine's Day With Vintage Wine & Coffee Bar on Wednesday, February 14, 2007

A delightful special Valentine's Day menu will be served from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Wednesday, February 14th.  Complimentary Glass of Champagne Upon Arrival . 

$85.00 per couple plus tax and gratuity. Reservations Necessary.  Reservations can be made via email at WineBar@villageofbulverde.com or calling 830.438.8684.  Via email or phone include your phone your name - telephone number and number in your party. 

Wine Dinner on Friday, February 9, 2007

Presents a Five Course Chilean Wine Dinner.

Featuring wines from The Arboleda Vineyard in the Colchagua Valley.

First Course:  Artichoke Bottoms stuffed with Tuna and Celery Salad; Arboleda Chardonnay.

Second Course:  Hearty Lentil Chowder with Chorizo; Arboleda Merlot.

Third Course:  Chilean Tomato and Sweet Onion Salad with Cold Steamed Mussels; Arboleda Syrah.

Fourth Course:  Roasted Chilean Sea bass With Seared Tomatoes and Leeks; Arboleda Carmenere.

Fifth Course:  Assorted Chocolate Treats; Special Offering of Sena (70% Cabernet - 20% Merlot - 10% Carmenere) Retails for $125 per bottle.

Representatives from Arboleda Vineyard in Chile will be in attendance and present the wines for the evening.
