Description of the wine for each course by the Wine Host
Kristine Bainbridge, the wine host from Galzers then provided an explanation of the wine for each course and why they were chosen to be paired with the food for that course.
Dessert
The dessert Tara Rabuck prepared, Congealed champagne with spring berries, accented with sugared pansies not only looked great, but also tasted fantastic!
