International Talk Like A Pirate Days

Avast! Aye! Arrr! Vintage Wine & Coffee Bar located at 2295 Bulverde Road in The Quaint Village of Bulverde, just North of San Antonio will be celebrating International Talk Like A Pirate Day on Friday, September 17th and Saturday, September 18th from 5:30 p.m until 12 Midnight.

History

International Talk Like A Pirate Day was conceived by John Baur and Mark Summers in 1995, it was not well known until 2002 when Dave Barry with The Washington Post wrote an article about the celebration. 

Details

The pirates arrived in the Village of Bulverde during the Jubilee on September 11th, so they are ready to Party!  Photo courtesy of Pirate Al (Mitchell).

Vintage will be hosting a best costume of the evening contest and presenting   special Grub (pirate food) and Grog (pirate drink), as well as party favors and lots of fun for all.  Live Music Each Night.  Open 5:30 PM until Midnight. So all you land lubbers Arrrrrr bring your booty down to Vintage for a jolly time.
